DUBAI: Indikaya, Dubai’s premier fine-dining destination for modern Indian cuisine, has introduced an indulgent four-course Business Lunch by celebrated culinary maestro Chef Hemant Oberoi.
Priced at Dh 125 per person, the midweek offering runs daily from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Level 2 of the Shangri-La Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Across four rotating weekly menus, diners embark on a carefully curated journey through India’s rich culinary tapestry, where tradition meets innovation in every bite.
Four-course feast
Each Business Lunch commences with a choice of signature soups – options such as Bhuni Makai Ka Shorba or Lemongrass Rasam set the tone for the meal. Inventive chaats follow, including the earthy Hathodi Chaat and a playful Strawberry Dahi Bhalla, designed to tease the palate and ignite curiosity about the courses to come.
Rotating menus
Main courses span iconic classics and reimagined regional specialties. Diners may select from velvety Butter Chicken, Paneer Butter Masala or the robust Lagan Ka Gosht, each served alongside creamy dals, cooling raita and fresh-from-the-tandoor breads. A regal biryani option shines with saffron-infused rice and tender meats or vegetables, rounding out the savoury profile.
